How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after that. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Is shipping free?
Yes! Shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum.
Do you ship outside the US?
Right now we ship within the United States only.
What can I put in the lick bowl?
Any soft, spreadable treat: plain yogurt, pumpkin purée, wet food, bone broth, or dog-safe peanut butter (make sure it contains no xylitol). For a longer-lasting treat, freeze it for 1–2 hours before serving.
Is it good for fast eaters?
Yes. The textured surface encourages licking instead of gulping, so food lasts longer.
How do I clean it?
Rinse with warm, soapy water after each use and let it dry fully.
Can my dog use it unsupervised?
We recommend supervising your dog with any feeder or toy, and removing it if it becomes damaged.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll send a replacement or a refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
