We want you and your buddy to love your order. If something isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us at support@buddybowl.shop within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to send the item back.
Changed your mind?
Unused items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us first for return instructions — items sent back without contacting us can't be processed. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Lost packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 30 days, or your package shows as delivered but you didn't receive it, contact us and we'll help find a solution.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post it.
